At the beginning of this month, the NSW authority undertaking the investigations at the caves (WaterNSW) made an announcement concerning phase two of their investigations. Damming the Belubula River was far from ruled out. We have written to the Water Minister, Niall Blair, asking for more details regarding the phase two investigations. You can find this letter below.
